Delivery

Packages are generally prepared within 2 to 7 days from Monday to Friday. The time may be extended in the event of high traffic.

We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.

If the order contains personalized or custom-made items, the entire order will be sent once ready, it cannot be separated.

Personalized and plaster objects take 1 month to be made in our workshop, excluding shipping, this period cannot be shortened.

They are then handed over to the Post Office by the Colissimo service which takes care of shipping.

Metropolitan France and Monaco: 72 hours (2 working days), depending on traffic.

Outside metropolitan France and nearby Europe, we use the La Poste or Collisimo services.

Overseas: La Poste: 7 - 14 days; this is subject to customs. Collisimo: 5 to 7 days depending on the destination and customs.

International: 7 to 14 days depending on the destination, traffic and customs services.

Track your order with the tracking number indicated in the shipping email. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage (a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order).

Our team will do its utmost to meet the deadlines mentioned. However, Miss Parfaite cannot be held responsible for delays due to: suspensions of service by our carriers as well as customs procedures when sending abroad.

Additional charges may be applied for islands on the European continent.

Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees sometimes requested by certain countries, fees over which we unfortunately have no control.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and complaint. This period starts from the receipt of your order or the first delivery attempt. Cosmetics as well as personalized objects and jewelry made to order will not be returned or exchanged, once the order is validated, the personalized / made to order object cannot be refunded.

The return costs remain your responsibility, generate your slip on the colissimo website or other, then send us your wish and order number by email as well as proof of sending. In order to avoid any risk of breakage, any return of order must be returned to us in its original packaging to the following address:

If we notice any breakage when we receive your return, the item will not be exchanged or refunded.
