PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice illustrates the processing of personal data of visitors and users (collectively “Users”) of Miss Parfaite, SASU website (www.missparfaite.com: the “Website”).

Miss Parfaite, SASU may modify this notice to adapt it to any future extension of or change to the Website or the service offering. In case of substantial changes, Miss Parfaite, SASU shall publish a notice on the Website and/or send a notice by email to report information about the changes and collect any request to exercise the rights envisaged by personal data protection rules.

The personal data collected from the Website is the data provided by Users when they decide to file a request to MISS PARFAITE to the addresses indicated on the Website.

The data collected may therefore include Users’ personal data contained in the communications and requests sent to MISS PARFAITE (e.g. name and surname, email address, telephone number), as well as any additional data required to respond to and fulfil Users’ requests.

We recommend Users to provide only up-to-date and relevant data, not exceeding the specific purposes of the data processing.

Any unnecessary data will be immediately erased or anonymised.

Every time you access the Website, the systems automatically record and analyse access data (e.g. provider’s IP address, information about the browser used, visited pages, date, time and duration of each visit). Information is automatically collected by the Website and this does not require any action by Users.

Data will also be processed to respond to any request that Users may send to the addresses available on the Website: to this end, Users should send their contact data, otherwise MISS PARFAITE will not be able to reply.

The legal basis for personal data processing is the necessity to implement pre-contractual and contractual measures adopted on the User’s request, and to fulfil the related law obligations.

Data will be processed by means of manual and digital tools by employees and/or collaborators of MISS PARFAITE and/or of the firms expressly appointed as data processors, and to which MISS PARFAITE has given detailed operating instructions with special reference to the adoption of appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Data will be provided and transferred to the categories of subjects specified where the purposes and methods of personal data processing are described.

  1. 6.DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data collected and processed by MISS PARFAITE, for the purposes identified in the foregoing paragraph 3.1, may be retained in a form which allows User identification for the period of time required to achieve the purposes of personal data processing and, in particular, to respond to Users’ requests, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the last contact occurred.

Data may be retained for a longer period of time whenever that is necessary in order to fulfil any law obligation, or to protect MISS PARFAITE’s rights, until expiration of the relevant limitation term.

The User may at any time and to the extent to which the rights are applicable: (I) obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her; (II) request to access his/her personal data; (III) request the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data; (IV) object to processing, or revoke his/her consent to data processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent provided before the revocation; (V) receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, the personal data concerning him/her provided to MISS PARFAITE, as well as request that such data is sent to another controller (right to personal data portability); (VI) file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority or a claim  to the competent Judicial Authority.

This privacy notice is given exclusively in relation to the Data collected through the Website and with reference to the purposes identified in paragraph 3 above, and not for any other websites that are consulted and/or may be consulted through links and/or widgets (e.g. social networks): any such other websites will process Data as independent controllers and in compliance with their respective privacy notices, reference to which by users is expressly recommended.
